I wondering how hard and how to do it to a toyota tercel its going to be a project that i might do depending on how hard the situation is. By the way the Tercel is 1983 so i have no major worries on wrecking it.
AND by chance is there any law on converting the steering wheel to right hand in Canada.

Maybe he wants to deliver the mail!
You would need a steering rack, column, dashboard and brackets for the pedals, master cyl etc. Lots of parts not available where you are. They could be sourced overseas, (Australia, Japan etc. ) Also you sould have a look to be sure the exhaust etc does not block where the column must go.
But you would end up with a $12,000 tercel that no one would ever want to buy.....except for your mailman......

lol maybe, but no its just i want to do off road driving the suspension is soo soft that it take me and my friend to bounce the front tire by jumping on the rear bump. There plenty of space ,but i havent taken a look at my tercel for some time now.Im pretty sure japan doesnt even have because i check out the net for parts and nothing came up the closes it comes is the corolla (AE86).
I could always do a 4 wd converison , but i need to get tach, tercel wagon 4wd trannny , axel and some other thing which i might spend over 500 cdn but i havent really taken the time to think this over. Too busy doing other stuff i just have to wait till i get a break.

You don't have to convert it to a RHD to rally it...besides, where your steering wheel is has little to do with how stiff or soft your suspension is.

I know just was an idea to feel how to drive right hand

Very similar to driving from the left hand side, only more awkward (if your not used to it). It's just my opinion that it's not worth the money and time you would have to spend, but if you really want to, don't let us stop you.

the only thing the hardest i have to face is probably welding and wiring thank god its old only got about 10 or less wires to it.My guess should be right it would take about 18-45hrs of work to convert it.

i would say if you are good at figuring things out and don't mind ripping everything apart and putting it back together backwards and making all the custom brackets for pedals and master cylinder etc. and not to mention connecting assemblies for the steering than go for it. and then hope you don't get pulled over and get a Vehicle Inspection, because it will never pass. where in canada are you from?
