Power lock relay, Power lock module????

Could anyone tell me where the power lock relay and the power lock module is located on my 98 Tahoe LT?? Im having problems with my interior lights blinking on & off sometimes while driving and when this happens the power locks quit working. I think I have narrowed it down to the relay or module, so I ordered both but I don't have a clue where they are located????
