torque specs for pressure plate to flywheel?

i'm swapping a B18A into my 90 hatch and I took the clutch out to see if I needed to replace it.. but i can't find a page with torque specs for the engine or tranny.. i haven't looked that hard but oh well hehe :)

what should i torque the press.plate to the flywheel at?

also anyone know where i can find torque specs for the rest of the LS motor?
