do u ppl like them i personally, think they are one of the best new groups.

I think they're alright. I met a girl in Myrtle Beach that is friends with the lead singer. That has no significance whatsoever, I just thought it was cool.

I got tickets to see her in January when she was supposed to come with a few other bands, because a girl I work with wanted to go and asked if I would go along. But then the drummer left and they canceled the show so I just refuned the tickets. I like My Immortal but thats about it. I tried downloaded a couple other songs but they all have those beeps in them.

They're not bad. I've listened to My Immortal and Going Under. My parents thought I was gothic becasue I was playing one their somgs on my computer in my room when my dad came in. :lol2:

I LOVE "Goodnite". AMAZING song. I was a fan of "My Immortal" a few months ago, but it's way overplayed now. (and I don't even have a radio). "Imaginary" is great, and a few others I can't think of now.
In brief, the second I heard their first single, I downloaded both CDs. LOVE EVANESCENCE!!!!

I more of a heavy metal guy and I like Evanessence. I think they got real talent. It may not be your style of music but the talent is memorable. Or maybe it's just her voice. anyways, I like them.

UGGG I LOVE THE BAND!!!!! every time everybodys fool plays I just wanna speed. Haunted is also extremely good. Hell the whole CD is killer.

I also think they are awsome. Female vocalist are hot especially her.

I think what's funny about Evanescence is that they really aren't a "new" band...they were one of those hypocritical "Christian Rock" bands and when they suddenly made it big, they decided to drop the "Christian" part, changed the name and bam!, on TRL. Then when Christian radios started playing Evanescence, the label that owns Evanescence had all their songs pulled from airplay at those stations so Evanescence wouldn't be slapped with the "Christian Rock" label. Talk about screwing off your old fans, huh? :screwy: Anyways, they came to my college, and I did not see them. If you want to check out a band with a REALLY hot female singer, try Lacuna Coil Much better music, slightly heavier, and their Italian. Give them a try. :smokin:
