Tranny fluid!?

Just a quick question...
What tranny fluid would you recommend for both stick and automatic (me ) trannies? I was thinking of something more performance-minded since I am a wee bit hard on her...

couldnt you just use the OEM stuff, but change it more often? Im just wondering if going with a performance type of fluid would be worthwhile for you (If it is going to cost much more). Are you hauling trailers around or racing at a track regularly, you know what I mean? Maybe what would help is finding out more about this Redline fluid and what exactly makes it special. Is it good for average daily use or does it give up something? (There always seems to be a give and take) I dunno man, Im pretty clueless on this subject.
