Photoshop could be better. But I wouldn't doubt that a true barchetta shows up eventually.

Seriously, Lambo must realy have thorn up its arse against ferrari. They're really going after the 360 full on, just maybe they did it to late (seeing as the 360 is due for a change soon... )

Hello,
very nice ... copy !
this photoshop is a cropped image from one of the wallpapers found on my Lamborghini Cars website, and it is copyrighted by the way.
Since I'm the moderator on this forum, I could delete the post, but I'm not going to do this, it is still a nice photo, however please take a look at this page :
http://www.lambocars.com/third.htm
it includes the following digitally altered image of a Gallardo
http://www.lambocars.com/altered/gallc.jpg
looks a little better no ?
Please try no to copy and/or modify too much material from other websites, including mine.
Personally I think it is more important to share with other people than to start making trouble over the fact that some material/photo is used elsewhere, if it is non commercial that is.
This forum is a great way to inform thousands of people about our hobby ... Lamborghini's, let's keep it this way.
Kind regards

I asked Symbolic when the convertible version of the Gallardo is due. They told me that it is in the work, that Lamborghini will release its convertible Mucielago next year and the Gallardo should follow in 2006.
Concerning the Ferrari, the replacement of the 360 will be the 420, it should come next year as a Coupe version, followed in 2006 by the convertible.
These are dealer rumors, I'm following closely... :)

Hello,
there is a strong rumour that the Murcielago Barchetta production model will be introduced during the March Geneva Auto Show, the Gallardo should be ready for production somewhere mid 2005, so first customer cars could be delivered late 2005 or early 2006

Blaise, thanks for the info (and you too lambocars), I'm guesing that since the info came from a Ferrari agent that they or you still don't know much about how the supposed 420 will look. Ferrari's gotten way to good at this secrecy business.

Talking about the 420, I went to see Ferrari in La Jolla and asked them about putting me on the list for the Scag. and the 420. They say they could deliver the Scag. but they did not have any real news concerning the 420 and this will be indeed a real tough one to get...

Sorry for the initial post I actually got that picture from somewhere else but overall you have a kick ass web site, good job :) .

I thought that the murci roadster had already been presented last year at Geneva. I guess that I saw pictures of it next to some fo the new super cars and assumed that it had already been publicly presented. but that's what you get when you assume.

At that time it was more a concept car. It will be available from the second half of the year.

it looks great....I think it has even better lines without the top
yeah, they've been talking about a Barchetta model being released at least by the 2006 model year if not earlier

I real love the look of the red gallardo. The only problem is that it will have the same problem of the murcielago and there is no room for a full top when you have a flat deck behind the seats and the last thing you want is another model which you have to stop and add the roof when needed. A roof like the diablo is the best they have come up with yet but that made the car look funny when the roof was closed. It's going to be a long wait until they release it and we see what it is like.
