I just recently purchased a 93 sc400 with 190k miles and am curious as to where i can find the wide body panels or full body kits including these. Also i am wodering has anyone ever had to get new keys for the car. Mine only has one and is remote on side of key but doesnt work, where can i get new keys and mine fixed to control auto locks. any info would be great. Other than the car being rather expensive for parts and accesories i love this car. Is 190k alot for this type of car? Or will it be worth keeping around to dump a few thousand into it? :smokin:

Hey Gibby,
As you have noticed, these forums are dead. Club Lexus seems to be the only one I have found that people really respond in.
I can’t help you with the wide body question or the Key (go to the rip off Lex dealer?) but I do know that the longevity of these engines are great. I did a lot of research before purchasing. I got mine recently with 95k and didn’t bat an eye. They are known to run to 300k or even 400k. I wouldn’t sweat it too much.

The Toyota/Lexus engines are the best! I wouldn't even give it a second thought. 190k is barely broken in yet! :)
