When you buy a Jdm motor How do you know if your ecu is for what they say it is?? Is there any way I can tell if my b16b ecu is infact a b16b ecu??

Yes. Look for your ecu code on one of the thin sides of your ecu. Somewhere in those jumbled up letters and numbers you should see a P followed by 2 numbers,2 letters, or 1 number and a letter. The newer b16b motors should have the ecu code PCT.
