B16a Help!!!!!!! Wont Start

ok guys i jsut finished installing a b16 in my 91 civic Si and everything i have double checked but when i went to start it, it cranks but does not turn over! any suggestions anyone??? also how can i check to see if my fuel pump is functioning?

you should hear the fuel pump kick on if it is functioning by turning the key to the on postion and listen.

check where the fuel line bolts to the fuel rail, when you loosen that bolt it leak a bit of fuel if the pump pressureizes when you turn on the ignition switch........
