guys, i need help

is the b18b1 (integra ls/gs) a good swap in my 97 civic 2 door ex.....i mean its only like stock 127 hp and the b18b1 is 142 hp...which isnt like a drastic change..however my cousin has a 93 or 92 del sol with that b18b1 swap..with new headers..exhaust and intake and that thing rips..man i couldnt believe the difference..i know he has a lighter car and he also has the dc sports power rail...which i assume is just a add- on v-tec...and i loved how it was already responsive and torquey at like 3000 rpms....my ride sucks cause it bogs and doesnt get power unless launched and it still seems like it wont kick in til 5200 or whatever anways... which seems to be the word about most civics with the vtec
should i hold out for a gsr????

or

this guy at the japanese auto swap place said he would trade me a b18b1 with like 60,000k on for my 97 civic ex vtec..that has 50,000...sounds like a good swap to me....but i need to know guys??????also wants the difference between the Ls and the ls vtec?????

Hell, if he is going to install it, go ahead. The LS motor has more torque and will be a nice upgrade with a lot of potential.
