front or back? rotor or drum?

front: take off the tire, remove the caliper top and bottom bolts, remove the caliper/pads cradle (there should be 2 14mmish bolts on the back side of the cradle), then there may be two screws that hold the rotor to the spindle (its between the lug threads) drill them out if you have to, then take a hammer and knock the rotor off

you can also use a bolt (10mm?) to screw the rotor off the hub....the other two holes (not where the scrws are) will allow you to put a bolt in them...it kinda works like a pulley puller...as you screw in the bolt, the rotor moves out on the threads away from the hub

the bolt works if: the threadholes aren't rusted badly and you have 2 screws, I've bested screws off in the holes everytime. If your not keeping the rotor take a big hammer and wale on it.
