1997 thaoe\yukon dome light problems

Im having a issue with my dome lights.. They dont come on at all the bulbs are good. is their a relay for them? Also when the lites gave out the map lights are real dim expecialy when you turn on more than 1? all fuses in the main fuse box on the side of the dash all check out good on a ohm meter. is their another fuse box? help :-)

I just bought a 1997 Tahoe. The courtesy lamps (all dome, map, ect. lights) stay on at all times. I have taken the dash apart but have decided to just remove the fuse. The lights stay on while its running. I do have the schematics (electrical) for the truck, but... Let me know if you found a solution.

can you hook me up with those schematics

They are in the Haynes Repair Manual. Unfortunately, We're in the middle of selling our home and moving, so my scanner has already been packed for lack of use. Sorry
