94 Caddy with VSS 200

My VSS 200 started to malfunction after a visit to the local dealer. I assume that they disconnected power to the car for some repair and they do not know how to reset the system. I had 2 FOBs now only one works, and the system itself is acting funny. It will lock doors on startup, but will not unlock the doors when the car is shut off. There is one exception to this, if I leave any door open and start the car, it will lock all doors, then turn car off, and it will unlock all doors, but who wants to drive down the road with a door open? I need to know how to fix this problem as well as add my second FOB back into operation. Any help would be appreciated.
