Ford Escort 92 xr3i 1.8 130ps, will not start in cold weather, unless easy start is used, ICV has been cleaned, no faults show on a scanner, compression is fine. Once started it runs ok, if anything occasionally stalling at junctions soon after starting.

Anyone have any ideas?
