Water slide paper - for decals

Where is the best place online to buy water slide paper for decals? I am looking for paper that will work in an inkjet printer.

I hear that Tango Papa Decals (http://www.tangopapadecals.com/) has great paper if you have an 'ALPS' printer or color copier. Which I don't have. I thought I would pass that along to anyone that does have an 'ALPS' printer or cc.

So could anyone hook me up with who sells quality water slide paper at a fair price?

I think ModelExpress have some

but they don't have the Decal Film so it's quite useless
