I was on my way to get my oil changed when I saw little blue 92-95 civic coupe with semi euros and black steelies, he started to drive fast(60 in a 30) so I sort of figured maybe he might want to mess around. So we pull up to a light, and I turn down my radio and look at him and he isn't looking at me, I rev it, but his music was blasting so I assume he didn't hear me, cause he didn't look or rev back. The light turns green and I accelerate normal then I look and he floors it. I floored it after he had about a car, and eventually I was at about halfway through 3rd when he slammed his brakes because a car pulled in front of me... and then eventually went over into his lane. I didn't plan on the race lasting that long at all, but when we cut it short he was about 1/2-3/4s a car in front of me. I'm not sure what would have happened because I didnt get to go through third, but as far as I'm concerned(and most likely him too) he beat me. Next time, I'm going from the start, no waiting for him to go BS. I'm assuming he was swapped because his engine sounded a hell of a lot like mine... whether it was a GSR or B16 though, Im not sure. I see him around sometimes, so I'm sure we'll meet again.
PS. I hit both my shifts at about 7.8-8K and pretty quickly too.
Anyways, I was dissapointed that he won... but I didnt flip him off or anything, he turned left and I went straight. sucks though... :disappoin

Yea I know. I wasn't mad, just dissapointed that we couldnt finish and I wasnt able to beat him him the time we did have.

By semi-euros, I mean they're not like the typical euros you see, but they weren't stock. I guess they were basically euros, but werent as ugly as the ones I usually see.

I dont like cocky people either, and everyone needs to watch their ego, cause its seriously gonna cause trouble if you don't. If you're car is fast, chances are you've put a lot of money into it... some people just have different priorities I guess. :biggrin:

My friend has 03 4cyl Tib. Not very quick at all...but of course he thinks it is. Well regardless there's this red 99 Civic hatch around here fixed up a lil side skirts painted white...well me and my friend had been going to eat and other lil errands...well he was driving because my poor self don't have a license yet (feb 23rd I will though :D:D) anyway and it was on a friday night and this exact thing had happened to us 3 times in about an hour...VERY annoying!!! And he said the next time that shit happens I'm going to bitch him hard...well not know what he was going to do we just kept cruising. Well here we go and pull up next to the red hatch and sure enough he does it to us again. Well this road was a 4 lane road with a turning lane. Well we're on the inside and when the hatch does this my friend punches it and jumps in the turning lane and passes I would honestly say about 10 cars before getting back into the right lane, yes I realize this was very dangerous and careless but it was a one time deal...Later on we came up next to the rad hatch again and he wouldn't even look over at us...apparently we were pleased :D

Thats what I said, and thats what happened... strange though huh. :screwy: it pulled in front of me cause I was in the right lane, then it went into his lane so its a good thing he hit his brakes.

This just happened to me AGAIN. On my way home, Im driving down a 3 lane and come up to a red light. Then I hear a reving and look to my left(Im in the far right lane) and see a van. Anyways, I dont think anything of then I accelerate normal and a primered dropped teg is right next to me and so me mess around and stay even. Then we pull up to another stop light with a grand prix in between us(fast and furious style :naughty: ). Anyways, I can hear him reving, dont know why, my lane is clear and the middle and far left lane have traffic ahead from another stoplight, which turned green right before ours. I accelerated normal, but apparently he wanted to race anyways, so we go( I know I shouldnt have) and its dead even through 1st and 2nd, but didnt get, nor did I want to go any faster cause traffic. He had to swerve into the middle lane to avoid people.. it wasnt really close to causing an accident, but still shouldnt have done it. Last time I do that. :disappoin

clearing things up... he was in the far left lane, I was in the far right lane until he went into the middle lane.. and also we weren't 'messing' around. We were sort of racing(it was dumb though... but next time if some ricer wants to make himself feel good by beati-WINNING(pervs) me in a RACE, even if Im not racing, Ill let him). :banghead:
