Eagle Tsi AWD vs. GSX

Since I'm looking for an AWD turbo eclipse now, and they are extremely hard to find with the mileage/price/condition I am looking for, I was hoping I could expand my search to the Tsi AWD as well. (the model I'm looking for is the 2g for all of these btw).
I've been given to understand that they have essentially the same body, engine, etc. just different badges. But are there noteworthy differences in performance, potential, reliability? Basically, besides it being an eagle instead of an eclipse, are there any disadvantages to getting an AWD Tsi over a GSX?

how could there be a difference in performance potential or reliability with the same motor?
costs less, insurance is less, looks different.

If you change the front and rear bumpers, they become the same car.

Yes, but its all cosmetics and a driver wouldn't notice it anyways.
The car is cheaper, and insurance is cheaper too, but remember that like any modified car, the insurance company will only pay you for what its worth and not whatever you put into it.

Differences are front bumper cover, rear bumper cover, headlamps, rear lights, rear wing, wheels, seats, number of standard options in the AWD cars (GSXs were loaded unless you removed options AFAIK), etc.
