hey everyone, i have a '95 eclipse gsx and i need some help on how to install new headlight bulbs. is there a way to do it without taking the whole bumper off? i've tried searching for a website that would tell me how to do it, but i didn't have any luck...sooo any help from here would be appreciated! thanks in advance..
(btw - i don't know much about car terms and such, so i would really need an explanation in the simplest way possible  thanks)

you could try www.vfaq.com for a pictoral guide to installation. It's a great sight for anything dsm. As far as I know, unless you are replacing the housing, you should be able to remove the bulbs without taking off the bumper. But it will be a lot easier if you do take it off because there isn't a whole lot of space to get in. It's not hard to take the bumper off, just a couple screws. Good luck

Are you replacing just the Bulbs or the whole headlight?

a couple screws to take you bumper off?!?! i thought i was performing surgery to get mine off!!! and yes, just replacing the bulb is way more easier than replacing the whole headlight. click the link in my sig [at the bottom of this post] and look on page 2 and you will see a write-up on how to take the amber colored corner out of the headlight if you would like to go that far.
if you are just doing the bulb, twist the plastic cover off the housing of the affected bulb, behind the bulb. there is a U-shapped metal holdback fitting that latchs on 1 side and hinges at the top, the other side is just a post that holds the bulb down. unlatch this and swing it up and out of the way. gently pull the fitting with the bulb attatched to it out of the housing. there is a plastic latch that you can press down to release the bulb. pull it out gently. get the new bulb. DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS PART OF THE BULB!!! the oil from your fingers will combust and explode the bulb. this is not good. secure the new bulb into the fitting and place it back into the housing. wiggle it around and make sure it is fit correctly. lower the holdback into place and secure the latch. replace the plastic cover on the housing. test your lights and make sure they work correctly.
hope that is what you are looking for... :)
