Electrical Problem - Need Help

I have a '95 Galant that will blow the Tail Light fuse when the head light switch is turned on. I have looked for the obvious broken wires (we do have field mice /squirrels) but haven't located the problem. Any input on locating the problem or info on known problems would be appreciated.
