Saterday Night Ride

ok so tonite i hit the strip about 8:15 by myself in the rex and the 1st race is with a pretty much stock gsr we went at it like three times and each time was from a roll and i basically pulled the crap out of him everytime

2nd race is against a brand new sunfire with the bodykit and graphics already on and he has 2 mufflers and probably an intake comes by like hes the king of the road we catch a light he kinda takes off and i just go slow thru 1st and get into 2nd and just gun it fly right past him and stop he does the fly by and about that time i went over my friends house and chilled for about an hour

came back out to the strip about 9:30 and catch up with some friends that are riding around too, 3rd race of the night is the sunfire again he was back in traffic and he 3rd laned it infront of everyone like a big asshole and got next to me and we caught a light i stoped a car back so he had a lead on me and i put my hazzards on while the light was still red and when it turned green he took off and i just smoked the tires thru 1st 2nd and alittle bit of 3rd right past him with the hazzards on the whole time soon as i pass him i let off the gas and take off my hazzards he does another fly by and hits his hazzards...?? :eek7:

ok final race was against my friend with a 99 gsr with i/h/e skunk2 IM and a vtec controller was from a 2nd gear roll to about middle of 3rd cuz we ran out of clear road we were dead even the whole time, i was proud of the rex his car is pretty fast and then i went over a friends hit a few beers.

oh yea i also raced a modded 2g talon....he beat me i dont know what his mods were i was geussing atleast a 16g you could hear it spool real loud and he lagged quite a bit? he beat me pretty badly oh well cant win em all! anyways it was a good night of racing :smokin:

do u think u could run mid-high 14's? good job with the 99 gsr

yea i think i could pull off high 14's with some good rubber these nittos just spin well they might be better in warmer weather but they arent the greatest in the cold

nice sounds like that rex hauls to get that 99 GSR. Heck nothing wrong with a loss either all in good fun.

deff fun,on another good note someones gonna buy my hatch tommorow so....i think im gonna get some good DR's and some umm...performance upgrades *evil laugh*
