Electrical Problem in 86 Iroc

I have an 86 Iroc Z-28 and have had a recent problem with the dash gauges. The fuse which controls all of these is a 10amp and it is blowing. It first happened about 2 weeks ago when on a trip down to West palm Beach.
I realized it was the fuse and replaced it. After about 5 or so minutes of driving it blew again. It controls everything on the istrument panel except for the the speedometer.

Is there any of you guys that would have suggestions of what this could be caused from and how I find it.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

a short in the system, there is probly a chafed wire, or a loose ground somewhere that is causing a power surge or feedback that is blowing the fuse.
