Racing a Mach 1

I have another question. I have two friends that are brothers one drives a 35th anniversary z28 and the other drives a new mach 1. Now I beat the z28 with my z28 do you think i can beat the mach 1 cause he wants to put money on it. I don't want to embarrass my self and lose money at the same time. I would appreciate the help. My mods are 80 series flowmaster, Hypertech programmer and 160 degree thermostat.

i dont know about the rest of us, but we are mustang guys and dont know much about camaros power potential with set number of mods...but if it helps the mach 1 runs low 13s

Stock it is supposed to have 305 hp. and also run low 13's.

I'd say the same thing. You won't embarras yourself but you might lose.

No use putting a ton of money on it when it's a driver's race. Just be smart about it and take it to the track or some place secluded when the weather gets better....
