sure u get a good number of these, but what is the difference between the 600rr and the f4i?

600rr race version faster less comfort
f4 street version barely slower more comfort.
both not recommended for starters

Yes they are both very fast bikes. RR is nicer in my opinion. But an f4i can be had for cheaper. I think the f4i is a great starter bike. A buddy a mine started on one and he loves it.
