radiator?

My engine keeps overheating. I replaced the thermostat - plenty of fluid in the reservoir and radiatior... And still, the heat gauge goes up up up. I think there is a leak in the cap (and/or hoses)? Does this have any connection with it taking forever to heat up in the cab?
