hey im preparing for when i get my first tattoo....anyone got any cool ideas??

The idea is to get something you want to live with your whole life. Something you've devoted your life to or something that means something to you. Are you getting one just to be trendy? What do you like? Maybe that will help you decide what to get.

i always wanted a fairy holding up my initials or something...i dunno. the thought of a tattoo has always been on my mind. i guess it's cuz i like art lol.

If you are looking for some good ideas go to tribals.com There are alot of really good ideas on there and pics of tatoos. I actually got my last tattoo from there.. I have three got my first when when i had just turned 16 i am now 23 and I do not regret it in the least cause it was something that i drew and was proud of it.. Last year i actually went i had it touched up so it looked brand new again.. Also pic a place on your body that you are going to want it.. Just make sure though at times you may want to cover it up.. I have one on the back of my neck, which is ok cause A. I am a female with long hair. So if i do not want people to see it All i have to do i wear my hair down.. Most people tattoo's are a bad idea and that it is just a trend.. For me personally it is a way of expressing the artist side of me.. just don't get something retarded like a guys name or anything like that.. and make sure to do your research on the tattoo artist you go to.. make sure they have a good reputation and all.. good luck. and give it alot of thought before going threw with it.

don't you have grandparent's with some i did and thought that they did not look all that bad besides when you get that old i do not thank that you care all that much about what you look like just are happy to be still walking lol

I thank that you should get some sort of triable type thing on the Small of your back it is a good ferst tattoo of a girl i like them

i plan on getting a lot of tattoo's
first i will get a spine over my hole spine and off that have big wing's that cover my hole back and rap half way around my side's and just a bit an the ass and shoulder's just a liter.
second start working on full sleeves fir both arms
third some on chest and legs
non on my face ever though that you can not just cover up when you do not what people to see (and i thank it looks like ass too)

Actually you can get a tattoo at 16. Most places will do at as long as you are accompanied by a parent with proper id.. Moms got hers first i was in the chair right after her.. on my 16th birthday..
