You would have to contact Mitsubishi in Japan, and hope they have one in the spares storage.
However I doubt they will have kept one for that long.
And if they do have one I doubt you will want to pay for it.
You would be better off either rebuilding your current engine, or getting a used one from a wrecker/importer and rebuilding that.
