3 problems with an Regal Custom

I have just brought a 89' Regal Custom a few weeks ago. I brought the Car for $200 and brought all the needed parts for it which all the needed parts costs about $680 to $800 but there is still 3 major problems I need to fix.

The 3 major problems is

Gas Gauge reads empty
Power Steering leaks badly
Milage Gauge stopped at 77,812

so can someone tell me why?

I forgot to mention something, when making a sharp turn, the power steering sucks mostly ahalf of a gallon out of the tank, I don't know if that's because of the power steering or something else, if it is something different please let me know... :sly:

ok gas guage doesnt work thats a fuse or the sending unit in the tank.... the power steering pumps go allot on these cars buy one at an auto store and change it also check the lines.... make shure its not the rack and pinion.... also the odomiter thats an eassy fix! take it aparts brake it lose and oil it......hope this helps... have had my 93 regal since new and have worked on everything on the car so if u need anything post and ill get back to yea
