Tail lamp swap?

Anybody swap out the '04 tail lamp units on an older ('03 and back) model? Thinking about doing this on my 2000. How much do GM units run?

Seen it done quite a few times. I know it is a direct bolt on. Check on Ebay. You can usually find 2004 lights at a bargain. In Fact, here is an auction........
