Setting torgue for the head?

OK, i am changing out my head gasket tommorow, so of course i have to take the head off, well someone told me today that i need to find out what to set the torgue on for when the head goes back on. Someone please get back to me ASAP.

First tighten to 22ft lbs., then make a second pass to 49 ft lbs.
