Wipers don't listen!

I have a '97 Jimmy AWD. The wipers keep going at a constant speed no matter what position the switch is in (delay,off,etc.). The only time the speed changes is when I switch to high, they then go faster. Could this be the module, motor, or switch? Thanks.

Sounds like a faulty module..fairly easy to change.
