stabilizer removal please help im stuck

ya right this minute installing adjustable coilover on my 95 civic Ex i already successfully did the back but im stuck on the front. my haynes manuel says it is necessary to remove the stabilizer bar...well from the looks of it, it does seem necessary can some please tell me from experience. id really appreciate it.

when you say stabilizer are you talking about a sway bar? Ive never taken mine off when I changed suspension..
