sound clips

does anyone know of a site where i can get sound clips on many exhausts, im trying to decide on a brand... i really want comptech, but its a tad high priced :( ...maybe evo, rs-r ex mag, tanabe Super Hyper Medalion, or dc. any help would be great thanks.

^hey white GSR I would say hold out on the other exhausts and wait to be able to listen to the sound clip wht teg is working on posting! That is what you are looking for right there!! STOCK LOOK better FLOW!! I still think it would be cool if you bought Spoon though...... but I guess that is just me :)

these are not that high quality-- and does not do the exhaust justice--
It's very low and deep-- however-- it is a chambered design.
So to keep the stock, sleeper look-- i sacrifice a little performance.
BUT I LOVE THIS EXHAUST!!

whats wrong with a used exhaust?? just get one of a newer low mileage, which most Type-Rs are and there ya go

how much do think that will run me? cause they are buying a new ex. for better flow, and im not about to drop all of this doe on the ex just because its type r...does it have just as good flow as say evo or comptech?

White gsr if you go to the "WHICH EXHAUST?" thread you will se the wht teg is claiming to be in the process of posting a short wav file of his ITR exhaust... remember that it wont sound exactly the same on your car because he has a LS.

I thik the Evo has bigger piping but it also does not look very stock and the comptech exhaust (i believe) is just about the same piping (i could not find their specs on their site just dyno graphs..) The RS-R Ex-Mag looks pretty good too though.. is that the one you told me about?

The ITR exhaust is about 2 1/4" and will flow more freely than your stock gsr exhaust, which is 2" i believe. The Evo is about 2 3/8" i believe, but if you're going for the sleeper look, you're not gonna want it.

do you know what the flow is on comptech? cant find it.

The Comptech Sport exhaust also has a 2 1/4" diameter, so if you're strapped for cash I'd go for the ITR.

ya i am, do have an estimate on how much it would cost..cause i've looked every where! i know its on that team integra stuff BUT IT WONT LET ME REGISTER!! sorry i've been trying to for the last three days and its been getin me peeved
