1997 keyless entry remote

Does anyone know where I can find instructions on the internet on how to program a keyless entry remote for a 1997 Rodeo? I searched these forums and found instructions for programming one for model years 1998-2002 but I've had no luck with my '97. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
