which swap is the easiest swap to get into a fiero?

me and my friend are going to do a swap on his ride and I was just doing a little research for him. I've hit a few sites but it doesn't really say which swap would be easiest so yea. any idea anyone? If you can include the parts we would need, any websites to help out, just any info would be great. Thanks in advance.

just a basic swap is all we're after, turbo, n/a, s/c is all good which ever is easiest (and less expensive if possible) anyway again thanks.. peace

try http://l67swap.com for GM 3.8 supercharged conversions. or you can look at http://www.pelkie.com/fiero.htm for 3.4 DOHC conversions.

Hope this helps

Well if you go with a 3800 SC I have one for sale motor and everything needed for the car like the ECM and wiring harness, [email protected] , a few other good sites to look over would be:

Other than the 3.1 Lumina APV van engine, the easiest swap is replace a stock 2.8 L Fiero engine with a 3.4L engine from the 90s Camaro or Firebird. All you need is to redrill the starter motor mounts and move the starter. All the stock Fiero intake, valve covers will install on that block. There are lots of 3.4 engines around. You can get a new 3.4 crate engine, with the proper amount of $$.

Any other swap, although offering more HP, are more complex and expensive, requiring wire harness modifications other computers and even transmissions from the donor car.

Look into the 3.8 buick turbo out of the Grand national... you'll rock the street
