1992 Dodge grand caravan 3.3L won't start

My Van will not start. It turns over good ( battery is New) But will not start up. Just replaced the v-belt tensioner and went to start it but no go. It has add a problem in the past 6 months where every once or twice a month I would go to start it in the morning and it would turn over but it would not start, then it would after a few minutes it would start right up. I checked the resistance on the coil pack and that seems to be fine. Any Ideas, Fuel pump?
