suburban to blazer conversion

this summer i plan on hacking up my burb, i'm going to cut part of the roof out to fit on a blazer cap, now i think the blazer is a different angle at the back,so i'm guessing i need the donor tailgate also, does anyone know of any major problems i may run into? wrong width, etc...
