new ignition switch 97 sunfire

We put had to put a new ignition switch on the 97 Sunfire and now the anti theft wont let the car run. Is there a way to override this? HELP!!!

there is no way to override it you can try to keep starting the car and you might get luckey but when you get it started take it over to a gm dealer and get them to program you pcm again to take the theft off that is the only way.
