ok all i have two seperate problems that i would really appreciate some help with:
1994 Black Buick Regal GS
1. front passenger window fell off track and i could use some help getting into the door panel to reseat it or use some guidance on where to find that kind of information
2. my horn started sticking if i hit it in a certain sweet spot (kind of embarrassing in traffic when you only meant to chirp your horn) then one night out of nowhere while parked outside by itself at night the horn went off by itself and wouldn't stop. i wasn't home so my dad disconnected the battery to get it to stop but not before causing the horn fuse to burnout. when i tried to replace the fuse the horn stays on as long as the fuse is plugged in. i'm thinking the switch in the steering wheel is stuck. how do i get to it to fix it?? i have an airbag.
Thanks ahead of time.

You may want to check the horn relay. It is under the hood, near the battery in black plastic box. My horn was intermittent and then would not work. I replaced the relay and now it works fine.

If the horn relay got stuck in the on position (horn blowing), the current draw from the horn itself running continuously could blow a fuse.
Someone handy with a multi-meter (or even a 12V test light) could tell you whether the horn relay is stuck or the horn switch on the steering wheel is stuck. Just check for 12 volts at the horn relay coil connections, (not on the relay output contactor connections).
The relay control voltage should go on and off when you push the horn button. If it stays on 12V all the time, then most likely the horn button is stuck on.
