your mods might be enough to match stock 4G63 output, and that would be 14's with good driving.

you are probably running the same time as me with all my mods to my truck!! but that doesnt help because i dont know what my truck runs. but onething that i will tell you. you won't be running next to me when i get my pcm.

Well if you want a more precise answer than "around 14-16" then you need to go to the track. There is no other way to find out.

yeah but im gonna be getting some cash to so u better be ready and the 03 eclipses are not slow by any means my buddy has one with an cold air intake a cat back exaust and a pulley and he keeps up with GTP's with an intake exaust and a superchareger pulley makin him run 12lbs of boost over stock 6 or 8.

I bought one myself, but started a thread about it and looks like it maybe a bad move if it's a daily driven car and with a powerful sound system (electrial side of things, you don't have a AC, so I guess thats not a big issue for you in this case). But just wondering how things are going for you. The one you have it doesn't have the rubber fitting does it in the middle by any chance anyways?

Venom hi-flo injectore are bigger injectors. they inject more gas. i think crazy payed somwhere around $200 for them but im not for sure.

well my injectors look the same but a differnt color and they have about %10 more flow then stock for drivability cost aboout 250 my pulley kit was like 379 for all 3 and it shouldnt hurt your system because the alternator pulley is the sme size but only lighter. i got my injectors at www.prostreetonline.com

a stock 3g runs a 15. 1/4 mile and my truck i think runs a MAYBE 16.5 stock lets see her which is faster. and my buddies 3g has an aem CAI which add 9-11 WHP and a Greddy catback exhaust which adds 3-4 WHP he is now probably running mid 14's with two mods. and my truck with all my mod is probably running a 15.8. once again which is faster? :screwy: i guess i will know for sure when spring comes around. :evillol:

i am also looking into a new clutch and flywheel ill prolly go with the centerforce dual friction clutch it runs about $245 from wht i have seen and heard of it, it is an awesome clutch and the flywheel i am looking at is made by SSG engeneering it is about $400-$500 but it only weighys in at 4.75 lbs over a stock 19. and if u dont already have them i would suggest getting a full exaust and intake cuz i know when i did mine it made an absolute day and night difference.

and hey dont even worry about it remember he still has 2 years before he can do anyother mods becuse of warranty so we will both beat him easily by then.

Hey Ladies man, Hows the flowmaster 40 series? Ive heard its pretty low and loud, i just a 99 ram and im lookin for some dual exhaust that is pretty loud without being totally overpowering.

i like my exhaust i would i would have got true dual but they would be a lot louder. i have single in dual out not to bad for loudness. 50 series isn't that bad either if you want something quieter.

I'll race the cowboy :) I like trucks ladies man, believe me. Expecially for pulling my car around. But the lightning comment bothers me. There are half a dozen modded ones that go to my local track. I have raced all of them. They didnt have anything for me, but they are fast, nice looking trucks for sure. The cowboys 91 GSX modded even less than my car could be taking out lightnings left and right. You just dont know with DSMs. Just a little pointer ;) Good to see a non dsmer in here by the way. And I have lost to some fast trucks, but they are all old redneck specials. Fast none the less though.
And I would like to see 550 on race too, but only time will tell. The car started up and went for a short test drive today. Leaking output shaft seal on the tranny though, so no data till next week..

he's not that fast of a DSM to be talking trash about trucks. when there are plenty of trucks that will beat him. have something to back it up at least. you on the other hand could say something you run and 11.8.

Yeah, ive been meaning to get up there since i got the truck. I just dont like how at higher speedes the sound of the engine tones out the exhaust and you dont even know its there......arg

I didnt see where he had the time his car ran, so my point that you cant judge a dSMer till you know what he runs is now defunct :D Ah well. I agree with you. People on both sides make all inds of assumptions. I always encourage poeple (import or domestic drivers) to go to the track and see what is really going on. Most are surprised at what they see. Like when my friends came up to watch me run a 12.0 to a 70s pickup that ran 11.8, lol :)
