HELP! o2 sensor?

My check engine light came on so i went and looked at the led. it just keeps doing short flashes. i counted past 20, and it just kept giong flash pause flash pause with about 2 sec. in between flashes. i'm i to assume this is a code 1 o2 sensor? the car seems to be running just fine and there was a huge change in temperature here between yestarday and today (-30c yestarday -11c today) could this just be pissing the car off cause i know the car takes a bit to get used to temp. changes

Sounds like a code 1 to me... Has your idle changed? When my O2 sensor went out the idle would go up & down when the motor got up to operating temp.

Anyway, if you do change it out get the genuine Honda O2 sensor. Don't get the cheapo version. I got a Bosch (because it was about $20 cheaper) and that damn thing didn't last a week.

thank you gentalmen, and acctually i noticed my idle doing that months ago i just didn't care, i did it maybe once a week tops and so i didn't think much of it,,,, what will happen if i don't fix it for a few more days? i'll just run rich hey?

Yeah, it'll just run rich. No biggie though. I never did fix the problem with mine. I just use my A/F gauge to make sure the car doesn't run too rich while I'm driving & the check engine light won't come on... I'll eventually swap a new motor in, so I don't see the point in trying to track down the problem since it's so minor.
