help! retire it?engine mount,emissions,tran,etc

After reading thru, looks like alot of g20's have had the same problems. Mine is a '92 w/191,000 miles. i love it and just spent $1500 on a tune up, power-steering fix, motor mount, and rear exhaust. Then it promptly failed inspection for motor mounts & emissions. figure that. Also, the horn doesn't work or the cruise control, the seat belt light freaks out, and it slams into 2nd gear. What should i do with it? is it time to retire it?
