Interesting use for Bar's Radiator Stop Leak

This is interesting: I was having heating problems with my 2000 Century. Temp. guage at it's low point would not even go to the 1/4 mark, with little heat comming into the car. I was convinced it would need the Thermostat changed with 132,000km on it. I picked up a bottle of Bar's Radiator stop leak at my local hardware store, and read the lable. It stated that it could also be used as preventive maintenance, so I put a bottle of PLT11 in.
It is amazing, but I now have super heat, the guage goes to just under the 1/2 mark, and all seems good. I think I saved a hundred fifty bucks or more here.
Could the pellets have dislodged somthing clogging open the Thermostat?
Has anyone else had this success with this product?

You can always think the opposite! What did the pellets clog? Time will tell in the summer you will know!
