Corsa consumption Problems

Hi there.
This is my last resort as ive had it with my corsa.
Ive got a corsa 1.2 Joy. It was consuming 9L per 100 km.
Ive taken it to opel, but they are in another planet!! Ive changed the motor to a newer one and now its consuming 11L per 100. This is open road as well as normal trafic. Ive tried everything over the last 2 years. Opel told me it was the onboard computer, got that changed, then it was my injection, got that looked at, still to no avail. Has anyone had this problem. I realy like the car and its a shame if i have to drive it over a cliff.

Is is Corsa B or C ? (what year?)
You´ve changed the whole engine? Including ECU ?
