No boost

after installing hks fuel cut defender the car was still boosting fine. Then it just stoped boosting. I checked the vacume hoses and the turbo for any play or oil. I also checked the waste-gate, you can pull the rod and the waste gate in and out. I also checked the intercooler piping, which seemed fine. Can anyone help me. Thanks in advance
