It's totally possible, and depending on the tune, it could last for a very long time.

Mods: Stock GSR block, 3mm head gasket, ARP headstuds, Edlebrock IM, Full Race manifold, 3" dp., 3" Thermal Exhaust, PWR Intercooler, Tial 40mm wg and bov, Full Race T3/T-Series turbo, 720cc injectors, Warlboro 255lph fuel pump, and Hondata S100.
Done @ 11 psi! Some other quotes from him.
Its 100% reliable. I was daily driving the car up until I went back to school. Parts, installation and tuning is key to reliability. I have done 425whp level on a stock block gsr awhile back.
Actually when the car was driven, it was daily driven on 11psi. The block is the same block i used awhile back to make 420whp on. Its my fail-safe block, I have had three different turbo set-ups on it in the past. Longevity and reliability are really not an issue at 350whp level on stock internals, it should last for 30-40K with proper maintenance.
