Mid 10-second pass? There's a lot of stuff on there, and 500 hp is a lot, but isn't it fwd? Actually surprisingly understated considering it competes in the 2f2f world or car shows, where every car seems to have at least 10 lbs worth of decals on it.

IMo that is not an excuse to breach a contract since you have the option to put a reserve. And he did not return the deposit...that is stealing.
