OTC Monitor 2000 ScanTool

I just got back from visiting my parents and my father, a retired mechanic, gave me his old OTC Monitor 2000 ScanTool. It works like new and it's in mint condition, but it's a little outdated since he had it back in the middle '80s. The cartridges go up to '89 model vehicles. I've done a little research and found out bits and pieces, but not much on it tho.
I think It could be updated with a Pathfinder II cartridge, which goes up to '93 model vehicles and would be perfect for my '91 Chevy Corsica, but I would like to use it on my wife's '95 Dodge Grand Caravan. There's a Pathfinder '97 cartridge, but I'm not too sure it would be compatible with the Monitor 2000 Scan Tool. Anyone with more knowledge could shed some light at least point me to the right direction. Thank you in advance.

Ed, I dunno about that specific make/model scan tool, but I have yet to see an old OBD setup like that be compatible with the entirely different OBDII setup required on 1996+ vehicles.

Both my cars are '91 and '95 (OBD I). So, I was thinking of upgrading the OTC Monitor 2000 to cover those years. But I need info on what do I need to upgrade!

I found on ebay the "Pathfinder II 1993 Domestic Cartridge" for the OTC Monitor.
Dodge used the same PCM module for model years '93-'95, so hopefully this would be all I need to diagnose this vehicle.
