Supremes and Og interior all the way, 2 pump not over exagerated 4 pump setup. From Traditional to OG, this will be the style you will be seeing from me from now on (aswell as Bombs).

My next few lowrider models will be done properly, I feel I haven't done my best on my past lowriders and from now on I'll be getting the influence for them from the 2 Australian lowrider clubs.

Here is the pictures of the last thing I will be doing to the model.

Peace.

thanks everyone, well Antonio, I try to make my lowriders real lowriders and make them as low as they can go, the Impala is nearly laying in its exhaust pipe clamps all the time.
Eugene - It's a light gun metal base with red mica over the top, I can only wish I can get a Candy apple red spray for my models here.
You've all seen this twice before, I think.

It really looks like Candy Apple red in some of the pics though. Is it really expensive down in Austraila?
Look foward to seeing some more work from ya, mate.

Nah man it doesn't cost anymore then in America, but I don't have an airbrush to use, so I guess I'm missing out on alot of colours, but I don't really care I won't be building them alot for much longer.

Hey Purpura Delujo, how ya hitting 'em? Whatcha mean? Tell me you ain't giving up modeling? You're one of the best!

I found some Candy Apple Red spray cans at a local shop. If you would like a can or two and if I can send them down under via snail mail, I will. Let me check with the post oriface and see if I can ship them...

Bro, the chick in your sig is to die for. Gimme her! hehe!

Sup man, I just use Tamiya spraycans. And I will be dropping models soon, when I get my hands on my first lowrider project. Haha I'm not one of the best man, there are thousands better then me.
Don't worry about those cans, it's cool. Thanks for offering though but I got alot of things to get first, that chick is one of the Playboy Playmates, forget her name, but who cares.

its aiight bruh...the dude wants to get rid of it asap to fund his drag car project. so if someone wants to buy it...its theirs. needs a bit of work. its mainly small shit that is wrong
(like the windscreen wipers dont work), but otherwise is one hella tight ride. i can post pics for ya if you want. later.

p.s. its been dropped heaps...its nice n low. :smokin:

Purpura Delujo
02-08-2004, 06:27 PM
haha yeah I'd buy it if I had $10,000 man. Posted it on my clubs board yesterday, views but no replies. Pictures could help, if you want just PM or email them to me.
The club is turning to 2 doors now :( I like 4 doors better and although most of the rides we have are 4 doors alot want to get rid of them to buy 2 doors. There is one person who has nearly finished his 64 Bel Air, just had it painted.

yeah, i prefer 4 doors as well bruh. mroe room for you homies. but yeah...atm its more of a street smachine coz it has 15x8" front and 15x9" rear wheels. but it would look the shit with a set of supremes or wire on it...ill PM ya the pics when i get home tonight. have a good one to all..

p.s. i was looking through my 1970 AMT impala kit. and its for a set of wire for the stock rims.. it that right>? it also has i set or cragars and supremes.

Purpura Delujo
02-08-2004, 09:03 PM

hey purpura...i am so damn cut bruh, i just found out my lil cuz used the supreme look rims on his RATROD model...he painted the damn things WHITE!!!!!
not damn happy...now i have to use the stock wire look rims on the '70

those pics should be on their way or in you PM inbox already

Purpura Delujo
02-09-2004, 05:43 AM
Nah man you don't need to use the stock wires, just find a Revell lowrider kit, like the 64 coupe and use those wires, 64s look just as tight as stock SS coupes. I want to make a stock SS coupe from a six tre kit soon, lowered of course.
I hate ratrods & hotrods, rodders are great people but I hate the cars. Sucks about that man, I got your MSN thing too, dunno about those flickas though.

hey man looking good!! You can pickout the wires on the firewall and fender using a small brush and flat black. it would give it a more 3d look and make it a little more realistic. Otherwise, whethering looks great!

looking good, i like the choice of wheels. The weathering looks good as well, and i agree 100%, if you build a car, you should build it so you can drive it!

Purpura Delujo

weathering is nearly finished now, did alot more on it last night (watching the late show in my room, it's an advantage to have your model table right next to it).
I know about painting the wires on the firewall but i got no fine brushes, my friend took them. I'll get around to it all eventually, I still need to wire the hydros up and I'll probably change the bott around a little bit. its raining now and the digi cams battery is flat so i cant get more pics, maybe later. thanks again

Hey PD, good to see you're still making them bad ass lowriders. This one takes the cake so far! I'll have to show you guys what I've been up to later on, I've just been busy with school starting again, but I hope to get some modelling done. I can't wait to see what you'll do to that monte carlo either.

What! No 3" Flowmasters straight out the back??? Just kidding. Nice paint and awesome choice of wheels. Not a fan of Daytons or wire wheels on Impalas. I like the trunk area too, good job with the carpeting. Any interior pics?
They've got lowriders in Austrailia?
What city?

Bloodhound - Yeah I just signed out of school, what year are you in now? I signed out from year 11, I'm going to try find an apprenticeship or a job in automotive.
675datsun - Wires are cool, but I just thought Supremes would fit better with the original style of the car, less hydros and roof patterns. We have 2 lowrider clubs in australia, Unity which is australia wide, and Sydneystyle which is only in Sydney, NSW. Unity is growing fast here, we will have alot of cars coming out soon, we already have quite a few. We have alot of riders who aren't in clubs either, but they are out there and you can meet up with them at car shows. Interior pics, well I might get some if the weather ever clears up.
J - nah man, I'm not a god of lowrdiers I just love them. Maybe one day I will be a lowrider hero in Australia, because I am one of the few who will be starting at a young age.

Thanks for the coments everyone. I will start a thread for the monte soon, and I will keep it updated this time, I promise. I'm also 'adding a few parts' to my challenger, but I will post that when it is finished.

dunno how i managed to miss your last post here pura... that's crazy, i went out and bought my own impala, did it require any mods to get it into that 3 wheel stance? i see how the suspension is set up, but i dont know if it can actually get that high...
