New 02 Accord wanting to up the hp

I got a new 2002 accord 2dr and im trying to bring up my hp. How can i do that without spending too much money?

AEM cold air intake, underdrive pulleys, cat-back exhaust (dont just get a muffler wont add much if any performance), headers, ignition, the list goes on for the bolt-ons. if you are looking for some serious power forced induction ie; turbocharger or nos- Tho I would never run NOS through my stock engine block
