1995 Cutlass Ciera flasher?

Hi, I'm trying to replace my flasher in my Cutlass Ciera (1995), but I have no idea where it's located. Everyone has said "Check your dash" I've looked, no idea. Anyone know where it is, and how to get to it?

I have a '96 Cutlass Cierra 4-door, and found mine right behind the fuse box. I didn't have to remove the panel under my steering wheel (although I DID when I was initially trying to find the thing)...I removed my ashtray (from advice here on the site) by taking all 4 of the bolts out that hold it in place. You'll probably have to remove the ashtray light assembly, no big deal...it just twists into/out of place. As you're facing the hole where your ashtray was, look/feel to the right of the opening (YOUR right), directly behind (and possibly UNDER) the back of the fusebox (the one located in the glove compartment). That's where I found my turn signal flasher. FWIW, the one in my car was bright yellow, and it was just lying there.
As suggested in earlier posts, if you're still having trouble locating it, turn the ignition on and turn on the blinker that DOES work...listen for the clicking and follow it.
